Offices, Retail, Land and Investment Property- Residential and Commercial.

Criteria for Lending:

First or second Charges , Interest rates from 1.25% ,per month , Loan Term 1-12 months

Min loan size £30,000 no up front processing fee , Max loan to value 6o%- 65% for Commercial and 65-70% for Residential and for Residential Closed Bridges 70% with additional security loans can be considered up to 100%.

The lender will lend on development sites with Outline Planning permission or proven zoning agreement , and the lender will lend against Market value irrespective of the purchase price of a property.
